Hey there! I'm Tess, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to my corner of the internet. As a 45-year-old wife(46 in May 24!), mother, and staunch advocate for vibrant health, I'm on a mission to inspire others to embrace wellness with gusto.
 
So, who am I? Well, picture this: a woman who's been rocking the vegan lifestyle since the ripe old age of 24. Yep, that's me! My journey to plant-based living wasn't just about hopping on a trend; it was a conscious decision fueled by my unwavering passion for health and nutrition, as well as making that decision to not be a part of that chain which destroys the lives of animals. You see, ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by the incredible connection between what we eat and how we feel. Just looking at pictures of healthy food makes me feel good, and looking at pictures of bad food is so uninspiring.  From a young age I noticed this and thought, if a picture of healthy food can effect how I feel, what can actually living on this stuff do for me? Let me tell you, the results of living plant based? Nothing short of life-changing.
But my story doesn't stop there. No way! Alongside my personal health journey, I've discovered an equally fierce passion for empowering others to take charge of their well-being. Whether it's through sharing mouthwatering plant-based recipes, offering tips for navigating the grocery aisles, or simply lending an empathetic ear, I'm here to be your cheerleader on the path to vitality.
As a mum, I understand firsthand the challenges of juggling family life while prioritising self-care. That's why I'm all about providing practical, achievable strategies that fit seamlessly into busy schedules. Because let's face it: life can throw some serious curveballs our way, but armed with the right tools and mindset, we can rise to any challenge with grace and resilience.

Currently, I'm immersed in the enriching experience of pursuing my degree in nutrition.
